"I decided to create this modlist because people kept asking how I got Skyrim to look so good. I know that when you begin, it can be hard to mod correctly and you can quickly be lost, but following this guide will help you build the Skyrim of your dreams! This very extended and detailed modlist will help you understand modding—minimizing bugs and conflicts to allow for a completely immersive gameplay experience. This is how I think the game is perfect, but if you think something could be better, the choice is yours. For each graphic mod I use 2K resolution, but you should install a range between 1K and 4K (8K sometimes, if your PC can handle it). I don't recommend installing less than 1K resolution textures."

Basic Installation:
- Install MO2 to a drive that is not the same as your C drive
- During installation, select portable
- Create a new profile and name it something unique
How To Clean and Optimize Your Plugins
"As you add more mods, your plugins will begin to conflict with one another, requiring patches to ensure as much stability and as few bugs as possible. Adding a lot of plugins without taking the proper precautions can result in crashes and errors. This is why I'm going to show you how to deal with them yourself so you can have hundreds of mods and a stable game too."

Important Notes Concerning LOOT:
"To reduce and optimize the conflicts between your plugins, you need to order them by priority. You can do that manually, but it takes a lot of time, and not recommended. What you can do instead is to download the application LOOT (Load Order Optimization Tool)."

And now your load order is organized! I advise you to do that every time you install new mods containing plugins.

Spoiler: The modlist I made contains a really high number of mods, because we want it to be as realistic as possible. But, adding more mods will often also increase your number of plugins. As i already told you, you cannot have more than 255 .esp. But with heavy modlists it can sometimes become difficult to stay under the limit. This is why i introduce you this SSEEdit extension called R88 ESLify.
What does it do? It simply scan all your plugins and transform those that can be transformed into esp-fe, so that you have less esps and this is really fast and easy to do:
