Installation
=========
The new reshade may be confusing as there are many effects to choose from. You can just choose all of the effects or you may want to use older versions (around 3.4.1) from here:

Reshade Repository

Then run the new version to update after installation.

I think for the newer reshade installer you can just run it next until finish and the shaders will all be there.

1) Download preset and unzip to the same place as to where your ***.exe is.
2) Download reshade from https://reshade.me/
3) Run setup tool > Follow instructions > Close setup tool > Start game > Press Home or Shift+F2 (older version) > Select VStormV preset > Profit

Don't forget to set performance mode on once you're done.

This preset was meant to run on on the default in-game gamma and Nvidia's 50% vibrance setting. It might differ for your monitor. You can set the reshade's vibrance colours to your liking or disable it if it is too vibrant for your display. Make sure there are no duplicate fx/shaders/techniques running at the same time.

You can make the shadows darker or lighter with Levels or HDR fx.

You can merge with ENB to make it look better with complex parallax etc. You can use my Skyrim preset as a guide.

For dark display issue in Windows 10, adjust your gamma, type "Colour Management" under search taskbar and follow the guide here.

Use full RGB dynamic range with Nvidia.

My Tweaks
=========
Disable exe's Full Screen Optimizations.
Native 1080p set to 1440p DLDSR.
Use IPS monitor instead of TN. Wider colour gamut.
You should use the in-game's vsync but if you still have crashes then Enable Vsync, Triple Buffering, Thread Optimization, Low latency in Nvidia's panel instead but you may experience the slow loading bug.

Solution (credits to hellodarliing) for the missing MOREHAIRSTYLES4FEMALE4.1.ESP mod. (I found this workaround by Ahzidal0 through a different FO4 companion mod on the Nexus -- Captivating Companions -- which seemed to have worked for me.)

1. Download the "More Hairstyles - More Beards" mod via http://fo4-mischairstyle.tumblr.com/post/139169515871/mischairstyle16-download-47-new-hairs-for-male. (I saved the file to my desktop for easy access.)

2. Open the downloaded file and rename, "MoreHairstyles4Female.esp" to "MoreHairstyles4Female4.1.esp." * MAKE SURE YOU TYPE 4.1 JUST BEFORE .ESP. * The 4.1 part is crucial.

3. Create a temporary folder on your desktop; i.e. MoreHairstyles. Extract/unpack the content(s) to the folder you created using 7zip, WinZip, WinRAR. (I used WinRAR. After updating the file name, I selected the file and right clicked, "Extract to the specified folder": MoreHairstyles.)

4. From your desktop, right click the folder and select, "Add to MoreHairstyles.rar". Your extension might say .zip or .7zip depending on the archiving manager you're using.

5. Drag and drop the file to your mod manager. (I used Vortex.) Make sure you click install and enable.
