- Various optimizations regarding payload parsing, bringing about a staggering performance improvement up to 5 nanosecond per payload interpreted

- removes support for animation events other than "PIE"; i.e. the from now on, the only animation event whose payload will get interpreted will be "PIE". This shouldn't affect anything if you're a mod user.
