How To Use
Equip the Lesser Power
Press the Lesser Power Key  then  |-------------2 seconds--------------|
Press attack within that 2 seconds
You must not press both shoutkey and attack


How to get the spell
Use additem mod
or type in console help "Judgement Cut End - Chaos"
then player.addspell SpellFormID or
player.additem BookFormID



Customization
If you plan to customize read below. If not don't touch the files
DAR Folder ========= 2129900105
contains starting attack animation. this is the most important file. 
Compatible to any humanoid actors.
-Get the hkx file from DAR Folder 2129900105... and drop to your desired humanoid actor DAR folder 
-You can also remove the need for lesser power. if you just drop the hkx above to your movesets 
-you just need one hkx from the mco_attack1 to mco_attack10 they are all the same.
PayloadInterpreter Folder ======== JudgementCutEndChaos.ini
to adjust damage 
Proceed to Line 14 and Line 24
change the 999 to any number you like

Issues with Skyrim Platform
It seems one of the required mods have problems/conflict with 2.6 Skyrim Platform. If you encounter this. Downgrading to 2.4 seems to fix it. Thanks AdaminDibi1231 for the tip
