About this mod

A SKSE powered behavior mod that adds functional prone, diving, rolling and crawling inspired by MGSV and other stealth games. Uses custom animations and behavior. Crawling affects your sneaking and makes you harder to detect at the cost of a slower movement speed. Supports follower NPCs.

Requirements
Permissions and credits
SBE - True Prone System:

Adds a prone and crawling system to Skyrim that changes the way you play sneak.

Going into prone muffles nearly all movement sounds and makes detection harder by 50%, at the cost of reduced movement speed and the inability to use weapons.

Keybinds are lagless and customizable via the .json, thanks to DKAF, the SKSE powered key action framework by jarari.

Ultra-compatible; does not replace vanilla sneak behavior or animations! Extends the sneaking behavior.

Nonintrusive. All keys are out of the way of vanilla controls.

Should work great with Grass Collision !

Requirements:
DKAF
- Payload Interpreter
- Nemesis
- AMR

Install:
0. Install requirements.
1. Download and install mod with your favorite mod manager.
2. Start Nemesis Engine and make sure patch for SBE True Prone System is ticked, along with patches for any other behavior mods you use.
3. Update and Launch engine. Close out.
4. Done.

Compatibility:
Compatible with everything. Keybind conflict? Change it in the json.

Gallery:
Prone can only be entered from sneaking.

Shift + W: Dive into prone.

Shift + A: Roll left.

Shift + D: Roll right.

Hold Shift (during prone): Get up.

Hold Shift (during sneak): Start prone.

Move (while prone): Crawl.

Foot IK (collision) was turned off in this gif and I'm too lazy to rerecord, doesn't clip this much in game.

FAQs:

Dynamic Actor Collision compatibility? Compatible with pretty much everything including DAC. Eventually Ersh will add an update for DAC that lets behavior modders decrease the collider further (so crawl under tables, under buildings etc.). Do not pester him for this, he will add it in his own time.

My feet do a little wiggle occasionally. Not a bug, that's just good ol' foot IK saying hi. It's a havok engine thing that keeps the feet above surfaces and aligned, and it janks sometimes. Better than seeing the feet clip 24/7.

Can I replace the animations? Feel free to replace them for your personal use. I tried but I'm still a beginner animator overall.

Why do you do so many sneak mods? I haven't finished my stealth archer playthrough.
