Add optimized spear combat animations for ”Spear of Skyrim”.
Some actions are based on the spear animation from Assassin's creed odyssey.

To make the equip/unequip animations look more correct, it is recommended to introduce Immersive Equipment Displays and change the position of the weapon's equipment.
