About Sanctuary: I like to think of this Sanctuary as rather lore-friendly. If you were rebuilding, it wouldn't be with a bunch of concrete - you'd build with local and readily available materials. And you wouldn't keep the crap houses. The location is good, you'd be thinking, but build out of wood, earth shelter, sandbags. Think like a soldier.

I thought of this as my Minuteman Recruiting outpost - with some training grounds - where it is fortified but not grandiose. I have a few trader stations up front but not necessarily within the fort-like confines. The building by the bridge might check your papers (or you) out to see if you're recruit-able material. There is the main HQ building, the barracks, the showers, a small medical facility, and a place for clothing and armor and a place to eat and hang out at night. And the range. Sandbagged to keep stray bullets in. I hope you enjoy this build!

What you need to do:
Scrap out the existing Sanctuary completely. The only thing I left was the original workbench and the foundation in which it sits on. I got rid of EVERYTHING ELSE except the roads and sidewalks. First I scrap everything out that you normally can, then I go through again with this Scrap mod - but you have to be very careful with this one... it will erase the ground, the water, the sky... EVERYTHING. Save often. Take your time and go slow. Seriously.
