I was really annoyed to build 5 pumps in each settlement to get water without a river. Other thing / mod exists but requires a lot of energy or looks like cheating.This mod allows to add a lore friendly way to facilitate the supply.
Roleplay :
You can now build an office and assigne a settler who will be in charge of the purchase of clean water for the settlement, with a small investment he will conclude an agreement with the caravans to be delivered water regularly in the settlement . He will manage the stocks, the payment and the respect of the contracts of delivery.
Gameplay:
Yu can craft a "caravan water" in resource> water. cost caps. Give 8 Water. No requierement, no perks, no energy. all you need is resources and caps for office building.
It's the 0.5 because I do not know if there is a lot of bug.
