a Transfer Settlements blueprint
PROMISES
+ A gazillion details, and a googolplex of facets. All the nuts and bolts needed to make it a convincing settlement.
+ I am not gonna use buzzwords like immersive or lore-friendly, those are very subjective.
But i tried to respect what i believe to be fitting for the run-down concept layed out by the game-developers.
+ If you follow the Guidelines there should be no problem to import it. Everything has been tested thoroughly and proven solid.

DISCLAIMERS
- The blueprint is big, it has 5500+ objects:
6.000.000 Max Triangles Used (6x 1.000.000 vanilla settlement default) 14.000 Max Drawcalls Used (14x 1000 vanilla settlement default)
- Huge requirements list. Needs a lot of mods, if you like this build-style for settlements you'll need most of those anyway. I do have an eclectic taste. :D
Do not complain about the requirements, your post will be locked and you will get banned from everything i share here on Nexusmods.
- Testing revealed very serious texture tearing when trying to view the whole settlement in one shot.
There might be an engine limit when too much meshes are in 'view'. Regrettably FO4 doesn't do occlusion well (not render stuff blocked by a wall etc) .
Mods like DIY have a lot of meshes in a single buildable object, that is why it is able to render texture replacers. (which is a good thing, lol)
