Contest Builds

I will be playing as I build, so I will not be building at most of the contest build locations from season 3, unless season 4 contest builds replace those to better suit Ch 3. Due to season 4 contest running at the same time I’m building here, there may end up being two plans for some locations. We shall see.
New series, new list. We are on a mod site! Each of the below mods is tried and true – and makes building city plans much more fun. If you opt out of the optional mods, the city plan will issue a warning. Simply ignore and build anyway.

Modded Location
I will only have a few modded locations for this series - and Sanctuary is one of them. You will need:
Red Rocket Deep Clean which also REQUIRES download of Vilance's Library Support Plugin, adds over 24 new workshop items, prevents duplication of workshop objects across the various DCnR mods

NOTE: I won’t always use every mod on the list, but this list is what I will use for every plan for the year.

• SnapBeds - Usable Bunk Beds - Mix and Match Beds

• Advanced Settlement Turret Set Optional, but a few, wireless turrets go a long way
• Business Settlements 1.9 (Standalone) Signage and stuff
• Laptop Terminal Optional, but very handy
• I added one window from Stained Glass Workshop Mod for this location. You can totally skip it and add another greenhouse window wall instead.

• Renovated Decorations I use the dirty version to create a more balanced look

• Snap'n Build Fixed Navmesh - Choose “Overwrite” at install

• Woody's Wasteland Stuff Used new cabinet texture replacer too. SMM Required.
  

Manual Install 
These are carefully chosen and trustworthy mods. 

• V’s Stylish Decor Hard Requirement. Author Download link at bottom of the page.
• CWSS Necessary. Working bathrooms and kitchen sinks at several locations. Choose the file from Steve40s Nexus Page 
• Creative Clutter *Worried about breaking your current load order with BethNet mods? Try creating a new ‘profile’ in your mod manager, booting the game and downloading to that profile. You can then copy or zip those files and move/install for the future. See some general tips HERE
• DoItYourshelf All the things (and setup for organized storage too)
  

These are listed under manual install in case you want to try the trick of creating a new ‘profile’ in your mod manager and downloading these items from that profile. See notes on Creative Clutter just above.

*Note: At least one of the vanilla-style shower skins in CWSS will cause CTD. I simply don’t use them, as the rest of the mod works perfectly fine.

This will not take up a slot - so go for it!
SMM Patches by Vanguard (Declutter your workshop menus) Grab the file for Renovated Decorations.
Business Settlements Categorized - highly recommended  

Not Required, but to get my look - will use no slots: 
Clean and Optimized Wood Texture Replacer for Shacks and Greenhouses Wood Replacer - Shacks and Greenhouses 2K (there is a 1k version)
Clean Barns - Replacer, Vanilla Windows Only
Clean Warehouses - Windows and Holes Patched
EoW - Pre-War Books Retexture - Changes all book covers in-game. Great way to improve the vanilla clutter assets.

For those who are comfy at Discord and/or plan to use Seasons:
Elm Shrub Hider by FrogPrincess - Available only on Discord under my-misc-mods. This one is just handy. Removes these shrubs (that are often in the way or stick up through floors) from the world.

You’ll want to have Designer’s Choice and Starting Plot Levels ON for these plans to build as designed. This list of Add-Ons is what I will use for the foreseeable future. Occasionally, a new one will be added. Those with bullets are used in this specific plan.
