If you enjoy roleplaying as a Thalmor as much as I do, this list will help you pick the best mods for a Thalmor playthrough. I have listed all the best Thalmor mods in my opinion here and will eventually add more. Feel free to suggest more mods to be added!
Gameplay and quests:
- Thalmor Don't Report To Stormcloaks: Thalmor don't report crimes in holds controlled by stormcloaks.
- More Thalmor Dossiers: This mod adds some more Thalmor Dossiers on prominent characters in Skyrim.
- Missing in Action as a Thalmor: The Quest "Missing in Action" is now completely Thalmor-friendly. There is also an opportunity to be added to the Thalmor factions.
- Buying Proudspire Manor as a Thalmor: Changes to the way you buy Proudspire Manor, suitable for a Thalmor playthrough.
- Quest Notes - Roleplay as a Thalmor Agent: Various notes and assignments for an immersive Thalmor playthrough.
- Thalmor Dialogue and Quests: Provides many conversations for a Thalmor Player Character to have with the people of Skyrim.
- More Thalmor in the College of Winterhold Quests: Does what it says.
- Cutting Room Floor: Makes the Thalmor Headquarters more lively and replaces the Imperial banners with Thalmor ones.
- Civil War Neutrality: You can stay neutral regarding the war. The Thalmor wants the war ongoing and this mod do just that.
- The Second Great War: Allows you to join the Thalmor against the Empire and Stormcloaks after the civil war ends.
- Aldmeri Dominion Strengthened - Join the Thalmor: Allows you to join the Thalmor if you are Altmer, Khajiit or Bosmer.
- Thalmor Influence - Markarth's shrine of Talos lockdown: Locks Markarth's Talos' Shrine door and places two Thalmor guards to guard it. Ondolemar would not allow a Talos shrine to be opened under his watch! Its an LE mod but can easly be converted to SE.
- Thalmor Influence - No shrine of Talos in Whiterun: Changes Whiterun's Shrine of Talos to an improvised Shrine of Akatosh. Its an LE mod but can easly be converted to SE.
- Sarcastic Player Dialogue: Changes the player dialogues to be snarky and arrogant.
- The Blades Can Die: Lets you kill the Blades. Recommend to kill them after the main quest.
- Ennead Banners: For nicer Thalmor banners. Have a nice dark Thalmor banner that I use.
- Somebody Else's Problem - Ignore the Forsworn Conspiracy: Ignore the Forsworn Conspiracy. As a Thalmor you don't care about their conflict.
- The Choice is Yours: Simply ignore and deny the quests you do not want to do.
- Alternate Start - Live Another Life: Allows you to start as an Thalmor agent in the Embassy.
- Factions UI - Dear Diary Skins: It have a nice Thalmor skin for Dear Diary if you use that.
- Immersive Patrols: Adds more Thalmor soldiers.
- Timing is Everything: Disable Thalmor execution squads hunting you after a certain level.
- Dread Prison: This mod allows you to send anyone in Skyrim (Talos worshippers) to your own prison and execute them.
- Thalmor Forts Invasion: Adds Thalmor raids to Skyrim forts.
- Miraak - Dragonborn Follower: Allows you to side with Miraak instead of a Daedra. Thalmor don't like Daedras so this mod is perfect.

- Namira for Good Guys: Thalmor don't like Daedras so this mod is perfect. If you decide to do that deadric quest as a Thalmor this mod lets you play a trick on Namira.
- Boethiah for Good Guys: Thalmor don't like Daedras so this mod is perfect. If you decide to do that deadric quest as a Thalmor this is the mod for you.
- House of Horrors - Quest Expansion: Thalmor don't like Daedras so this mod is perfect. Lets you select who to side with.
- The Only Cure - Quest Expansion: Thalmor don't like Daedras so this mod is perfect. Complete the quest with or without cavorting with daedra.
- Equestrian - An SC Horses Overhaul: If you use SC horses this one have a Thalmor themed armor for the horse.
- Unicorn Mounts of Skyrim: Thalmor inspired unicorn mount with a very good looking armor.
- Get Out Of My Way - Push NPCs: Gives NPC a push for fun or for usefullness when they are in the way. Send Esbern or Delphine flying!
- Female Thalmor - Additional Player Voices: Makes your character sound like a female Thalmor.
- Badass Voice Pack for Additional Player Voices: The Ancano voice can fit a male Thalmor character.
- The Rogue Justiciar: Small quest wich let you hunt down a Thalmor traitor.
- Thalmor Justiciars HQ Solitude - Improvements: Makes some improvements to the Thalmor HQ.
- Return to the Thalmor Embassy: Lets you return to the Embassy after Season Unending. Turns the locked door into a master level pickable lock.
