Expressive Facegen Morphs SE
KS Hairdos SSE
The following mods are optional:
Kyoe's Bang'n Brows
Mild Hair Colors
The Eyes of Beauty SSE
Eye Normal Map Fix
Quality Cube Maps or SC Cubemaps
Bijin Skin or whatever skin you want
SC - Mature Skin Specular Map
Vanilla Warpaints absolution
After downloading the preset, use your mod manager to install and activate it. Login to the game and select the High Elf female race, then select the "presets" tab, tap F9 or click on "load preset". It will automatically pull up all presets installed, then select this preset. Next go to the "Sculpt" tab and click on "import", then select the high elf nif file. Everything should load the way it's supposed to look.

Weather and ENB isn't required, it's just what I was using at the time. I personally enjoy Cathedral Weather with Rudy ENB
