Description
Makes Thalmor don't report crimes in holds controlled by Stormcloaks (it requests CWScript for the current hold owner). Because Thalmor and guards of those holds are enemies both by logic and in fact, it doesn't make any sense for Thalmor to report crimes to guards and the guards to listen to them while they try to kill each other.
This is an alternative to Thalmor Do Not Report Crimes, which makes Thalmor don't report crimes in any hold.
Recommended to use with Truly Neutral Prisoners.

Compatibility
- Conflicts with mods that edit the same vanilla script. Make sure that nothing overwrites this mod, otherwise it won't work. A version for Better Courier is available in the optional files.
- Applies to all Thalmor encounters that have WECrimeFactionAliasScript script attached, not only the vanilla ones
- Doesn't make sense to use with Thalmor Do Not Report Crimes
- Compatible with USSEP and NARC
