Main patch features:

1) Exterior:
- applied JK's architectural addons to the two new towers from OCW
- the main courtyard has OCW layout with some of JK's addons

2) Arcanaeum:
- interiors architecture originated from OCW,
- entry hall contains JK's table and shelves modifications/additions and Urag's desk from OCW,
- bookcases against the walls are the combination of open shelves from OCW and closed cabinets from vanilla/JK's,
- JK's idea for radially placed bookcases was utilized and modified, changing top rows into open bookshelves and moving one of two columns closer to the center of the library,
- the central area is filled with JK's shelves, a big table was moved closer to the entrance to preserve the floor window to the Hall of Elements, and two desks were added there instead
- JK's desks placement was lightly modified to fit well with the OCW walls/arches

3) Arch-Mage's Quarters:
- general architecture of the interior comes from OCW with modified staircases and a closed arch-mage's bedroom
- OCW's switching of the room center functionality was modified - there are now four options (archive, council, spa and office), and slightly modified JK's center of the room serves as the office option
- modified both sides of the room using JK's laboratory part (alchemy and enchanting table surroundings) and OCW's additions in other areas

4) Hall of Acumen:
- the entire new floor was added which utilizes some stuff disabled from other cells and provides some new rooms (used by CRF or ToK patches)

5) Hall of Attainment / Countenance:
- general layout and rooms arrangement is taken from JK's CoW with some additions/modifications based on OCW
- modified storage room near an entrance to the Midden
- forwarded Obscure's change of Mirabelle's room

6) Hall of Diligence:
- modifications to Mirabelle's room utilizing some of JK's addons

7) Hall of Elements:
- uses OCW's two-level layout and study hall arrangement
- balconies on the main floor are switched for larger floor areas containing JK's desks/shelves/bookstands addons
- added some benches for students
- removed the OCW's entrance to the Midden

8) The Midden:
- the main layout is taken from JK's College
- preserved forge and workshops from OCW (with additional room behind the waterfall)
- restored access to the ice cave with OCW changes, the ladder and exit to the surface are still disabled
