New blueprint
... I copy/pasted the buildings from there and put them into Sanctuary. I still plan on building Sanctuary, but this is where I am so far. Added a mod that puts stalls for 4 existing npc vendors (Trashcan Carla, Cricket, etc) and has them come to your settlement. Stalls for their brahmin (and guards if they have them) too. Added a small gym, boxing ring, play area for kids an a few other things. Also, I added a YT link that shows a fly thru of the settlement and a minor repair on something that was missing (prob other missing things elsewhere too but.. WIP)
