It probably took multiple generations to haul in that much dirt, viable seeds and other building materials as none of it is local....so, where did they go?
Anyway, There is absolutely NOTHING lore frndly about this inspite of my clumsy attempt above to create a back story. This is 100% Mod based and on the smoldering heap of everything that was there before. This is a "scrapall" scenario for preperation. As well as some possible "~disable"s I usually have to do the latter to the Billboard for some reason. ( I used Scrap (not quite) everything and it actually made clearing this spot more of a pain. If you have it, just disable first) Where it is still somewhat mod req heavy it is one of my "lightest" builds in this regard comming in at a comparatively anorexic 60 mods.
Before you just DL this thinkin you got all poss mods here on Nexus... I do and probably will use many mods that are not only "offsite" but are in some cases a pain to find. I believe the Mega/google doc urls I have for these are still valid but I will dble check them first
