About this mod
Adds an all new custom animated Fallout friendly Institute Energy weapon to the game via leveled list injection, complete with all Power Armor animations and even unique Synth animations.

The Photon Disruptor! An Institute weapon from their early days. Before the current style of Institute Rifle was constructed they had this model. The early generation of synths were paired with it to create an effective machine capable of completing their tasks quickly. Since only synths needed weapons, they built these weapons to maximize their capabilities. Newer Institute Rifles were designed to work better for Coursers, Institute staff and Gen 3 synths.
With this in mind, Gen 1 or 2 synths that use this weapon have their own special weapon reload designed to make use of a synth's unique body mechanics to execute a reload quickly and efficiently in a way a human never could. It's quite intimidating!
Since this weapon is considered obsolete I made the weapon a bit more rare to come across.
The video below shows off the weapon and stuff! Gameplay is about 2:30 in.
Unlike the Select series of weapons, this weapon can only be found on Institute synths or staff. The likelihood of it spawning isn't too common either.
They can also be legendary, the Photon Disruptor was added to the random Legendary roll. Starts showing up at level 19.
Once obtained for the first time, the weapon can then be crafted at a Chemistry Bench under PHOTON DISRUPTOR.

Installs like any other mod. No DLC or Mod requirements. Install with NMM/Vortex or enable through the Mods menu in Fallout 4.

ESP:
Standard with 2K textures.
ESL:
Proper Compacted ESL with 2K textures.
Optional: 4K
Just the 4K texture archive, still requires either ESP or ESL version.
Optional: Photon Disruptor Player Synth Arms Reload
For players that are human but with synthetic/prosthetic arms. Allows the player to use the special synth reload but with human limitations. Note that this is for 3rd person.
Requires main file download of your choice. Overwrite existing PhotonDisruptor- Main archive with this one.

For players that are just straight up synths, robots or androids. Allows the player to use the special synth reload without limitations. Note that this is for 3rd person.

I don't mind this mod being in Collections, but if a problem arises from someone's mod pack relating to this mod... well in short I won't be fixing it. I ain't got time for that! That's the mod pack author's problem lol.

Vanilla compatibility: This mod doesn't make any vanilla record edits. However it does inject new leveled lists into a few existing leveled lists through scripting.
Mod compatibility: For mod patches, (Horizon, AWKR whatever lol, etc) contact me should you make your own for upload to the Nexus so I can post links below.
For Mod Authors: This mod uses 'CINST' as the shorthand for all form ID's and file paths.

If the Institute is destroyed on your save game, the mod will detect this and allow you to simply craft the weapon at a Chemistry Bench.
