A complete overhaul of Proudspire Manor TNF by Goatk. This home is themed after an Altmer/Thalmor player intended to turn the home for sale in Solitude into a haven for your character. This is a redo of my older Proudspire mod, as I originally made this mod when I was very new to modding. It was on LE, and I hadn't learned what I do now. This home isn't just designed for Altmer/Thalmor characters.

A large pool and a cute little changing room are based in the basement.
A large master bedroom filled with unique pieces of furniture to give you the luxury of Alinor in Skyrim.
A shrine to Auriel to pray to.
A room for 6 children to rest and play in.
Custom music plays from within the home.
Two highly decorated rooms for two followers
Tropical gardens outside.
A small playground outside for the children to play
A small rabbit hutch filled with a bonded pair of bunnies.
Static decorations to prevent items from shooting around in all directions whenever you enter the house.
Unique displays to show off Daedric Artefacts, Black Books, Elder Scrolls, Thieves Guild Items, Dragon Priest Masks and Dragon Claws.
A small bathroom with a toilet and sink, a larger bathroom with a bath and shower, and a toilet.
Alchemy and Enchanting Area are isolated in your room so that no naughty children can touch dangerous materials.
Small brewing station where you can make customised alcohol and drinks.
Staff Enchanter, Alchemy Lab, Spider Imbuing Machine and Arcane Enchanter are available.
A grandiose Fireplace upstairs to stay cozy on those frosty nights.
Clutter everywhere.
Lots of weapon racks, plaques, a few mannequins and trophy stands.

Large dining room with enough space for the family.
Fully decked-out bar
Edited the Soilute Playerhome Decorating Guide to reflect what is added.
Oven and cooking spit to be used to make grand feasts.
Small Vampire Den with a coffin and other Vampire-related items.
Planters and apiarys on top of the wall where you can grow your plants.

Bedroom Furnishings: ($2,000)
Enables the master bedroom, the guest bedrooms, and everything on the upper level.
Alchemy Station: ($2,500)
Enables the study by the master bedroom, allowing for magical crafting and storage.
Patio Furnishings: ($500)
Enables all exterior decorations.
Kitchen Furnishings: ($1,500)
Enables the bar, the pantry, the oven and the stove.
Enchanting Station: ($2,500)
Enables the entire basement level, which contains the pool, smithing room, storage and weapon displays.
Living Room: ($2,000)
Enables the dining table, downstairs bathroom, mead brewing station, and talking nook.
Childs Bedroom: ($3,000)
Only enables the furniture in the children's room upstairs. If you use 'Alternate Start, ' this part of the house is never enabled if you select the "I own property" option. You will need this room built to be able to adopt children.
Housecarls Quarters: (Free)
This will enable automatically when you become Thane of Solitude. The additional file turns Jordis the Sword-Maiden into an Altmer spellsword.

Please ensure the home is far down on your load order if you have issues.

Obviously, this mod is utterly incompatible with any other Proudspire mod, even other TNF Proudspire Manor mods. Mod Should be fine with most Solitude City Mods. I've listed the few I've used and the largest overhauls of Solitude. It only edits the area around the house, and many City mods tend not to touch the areas of Playerhomes due to the plethora of mods for them.

Requires a Patch:
Open Cities - I don't use it. So, I won't make a patch for the mod.

Requirements:
Fishing - Creation Club Mod - For AE version.
Backported Extended ESL Support - For those not using the most up-to-date version of Skyrim.

Bugs and Fixes:
Sometimes, the bedroom furniture won't load when you first enter (especially when using an alternate start mod to acquire the mod). Just leave the house and come back in. That should fix it.
Fixed the issue with Hearthfire Multiple Adoption not working
I removed the balcony as I could not get the collision fix to work to get you back inside.
Fixed error that some would get with Nemesis
I moved the rabbits inside, so now you get to enjoy them (and it stops them from escaping the hutch.

Installation:
Either place files in a data folder or preferably use a Mod Manager like MO2 or Vortex.
Remove files to delete.
It can be installed throughout a game if the house isn't purchased beforehand, but ideally, start a new one.
When updating, remove all items out of the house before updating in case items are deleted.
