Fungleheim is a small mushroom home you can purchase between Solitude and Morthal in the swampy marshlands. It is a cozy, outdoorsy, and druid-esque player home that can fit you and a spouse in the main home and two children and two followers in a separate building.

A small, unique-styled home - Purchasable for 5,000 gold.
Has three buildings: The mushroom home, The children's quarters above the stables and the treehouse.
Static clutter, so no flying items.
Loads of planters
Named storage everywhere
A small underground cave where you can grow some plants, relax, and collect unique ingredients.
Room for you and your spouse in the main mushroom home.
Kitchen with an oven all amenities.
All the crafting furniture to brew potions, enchant items, smith armour, and sharpen weapons.
Small Bathroom where you can relax.
Custom Music fits with the home environment.
It's ideal for a Driud or Argonian character with the swampy house.
Mushrooms galore (especially good if you have the mushroom grass mod by Kemper).
Map marker to easily travel to and from the house.
Outdoor toilet and shower (and indoor ones too).
A small Gazebo.
Room for two children and two followers.
A small mini home for the kids that's safe and cozy for them (and gets them out of the way).

Room for any horse in the stable.
Small pool to lounge in.
Smithing Area in a tent that looks stylish and fitting.
Apiarys to get some honey.
Wood Chopping Block.
It is fully navmesh and idles everywhere, so it's good with interactive followers like Inigo, Hoth, Kaiden and Lucien.
Fish and insect spawns are all nearby.
The house is walled around the home to protect you and your loved ones from the environment.
Only a short walk to the solitude docks.



Due to its location out in the marshlands, there's a high chance there might be clipping with mods that edit the exterior, like flora mods or tree mods. This can easily be fixed by disabling trees with the console, but if there are any major incompatibilities, please inform me, and I'll try to make a patch.



Requirements:
Backported Extended ESL Support - If not using the most up-to-date version of Skyrim.

Bugs and Fixes:
Fixed the door to the grotto and the floating chairs that were not working, the throne also now works.

Installation:
Either place files in a data folder or preferably use a Mod Manager like MO2 or Vortex.
Remove files to delete.
It can be installed throughout a game at any time.
