Changed a couple of npcs from Long Blade to Spear trainers to make up for the mere two included in vanilla.
Redid the levelled guard weapons - while spears being so common was good in theory, it caused issues with guards switching to torches at night and then having no weapon equipped the morning after.
Edits to: Cinia Urtius, the medium armour master trainer, outside Tel Fyr. She'll appear if you have a mod that enables her, like Morrowind Code Patch.

This edition of Interesting Outfits focuses on Great House NPCs, giving various characters makeovers with assets from Tamriel_Data, OAAB_Data, Ivolga's Armored Robes, Danke's Armors, RuffinVangar, Kellborn, TheRealAshtaar, and others to make them feel less generic.
A Guard Diversity version is also included, heavily inspired by Half11's Yet Another Guard Diversity. In IO - Kinsmer it only adds randomised guards for the Great Houses; you'll need the Guard Diversity version of IO - Imperials for Imperial guards. Make sure you are not using YAGD with the Guard Diversity versions included in this mod.
NOD - NPC Outfit Diversity - Does something similar. Probably overlaps with this mod - whichever comes last in your load order should take precedence.
