About this mod
Vivec: City of Swords extensively redesigns Vivec to function and look like an actual city. This mod also adds an apartment for purchase in the new Foreign Quarter Grand Plaza. Brand new Halls of Justice/Wisdom and overhauled library.

This is my vision for the city of Vivec.
Of the many mods out there that overhaul this city, many have improved it, but none have solved the core issues of the city for me. -The city has no front entrance, is a tedious maze, is too spread out, doesn't feel like a city, and nothing stands out/too repetitive.
On the plus side the cantons make a nice skyline from a distance.
To correct these issues and improve the city I decided to do the following:
-Bring Vivec's Palace into the middle of the city as a central landmark.
-Consolidate the three main levels of the Foreign Quarter into a single "Grand Plaza".
-Remove two cantons entirely (Delyn and Olms), to make room for an actual city surrounding the palace.
-Not only give the city a more pronounced front entrance, but to give each canton it's own front entrance as well.
-Rebuild the Library of Vivec from scratch
-Placed a major and prominent port at the south end of the city.
-Re-designed the Halls of Justice and Wisdom from scratch.
-Added a Private Quarters for the player available for purchase in the Foreign Quarter.
-And more to come.

Future Releases:
I have more plans for the city. But seeing as the core of the city is nearing completion, and I want to spend a lot of time on each of these, I'll be releasing these as future individual releases.
-Prison Moon Overhaul
-Library of Vivec Overhaul (complete)
-Unique interior design for each of -the remaining cantons.
-Additional NPC's and quests

If you want to make modifications or use this mod in something please send me a PM and we can work something out. There shouldn't be any issues, however I recently had some of my work pasted into another mod without my knowledge, which the uploaders then denied, so unfortunately I now ask that people just check before using my mods for other things.
