Reorganised the mod into a CORE version for vanilla Bloodmoon and a TOTSP version for Tomb of the Snow Prince. Install the CORE folder 1st, then the TOTSP version.
Fixed Imperial Guard "background" topic. Now it won't override Duke's Guards from IO - Imperials.

Redid the levelled guard weapons - while spears being so common was good in theory, it caused issues with guards switching to torches at night and then having no weapon equipped the morning after.

Bugfix: Removed dirty cell edit to the original Fort Frostmoth cells,. TOTSP changes these cells to Sea of Ghosts Region. This mod had accidentally reverted those cells, creating a map marker out in the ocean.

This mod is intended to expand on Tomb of the Snow Prince's Solstheim Overhaul by giving the Interesting Outfits treatment to Bloodmoon NPCs with a focus on Fort Frostmoth, Raven Rock, Thirsk and Skaal Village. Many NPCs have received new faces and outfits from Tamriel_Data to appear more distinct, while still making sense for their characters and Solstheim's environment.
Also replaces the guards in Fort Frostmoth and Skaal Village with random levelled variants inspired by guard mods like Yet Another Guard Diversity. The residents of Fort Frostmoth are more rugged looking than their comrades in Vvardenfell, owing to the hostile climate and the undesirable nature of their posting. Also included are the crested helmets from elucidace's excellent Imperial Burgonets for Agents of the Imperial Legion.
