More touch ups, mostly to Malacath cultists. I've finally broken up the sea of full Orcish sets, giving them a more ramshackle look.
Telvanni and Mages' Guild NPCs at Bal Fell have been redone. The orcish Mages' Guild npcs were equipped and ranked in the same way vanilla portrays Telvanni mercenaries, which is unusual. They've now been reconceptualised as orcish Lamp Knights.

Exotic Outfits has been rebuilt from the ground up! You'll now find it split in two. IO - Cultists focuses solely on Daedric shrines, while IO - Kinsmer makes improvements to various friendly NPCs around Vvardenfell. A ton of changes have been made to take advantage of Tamriel_Data 9.0 and improve the mod in general.
Ever thought the enemies in Daedric ruins felt a bit copy-paste? After seeing so many cultists with identical steel armour sets I decided to give them a bit more personality. Now you'll find a unique outfit on every Daedric cultist - these outcasts wear a hodge-podge of armour pieces from vanilla Morrowind, Tamriel_Data and OAAB_Data. You'll also find rare pieces of DankeDanko's Atronach set on the higher-level battlemages, and valuable weapons have been added to a couple of shrines to make exploring them more rewarding.
