About this mod

Found at the entrance of Vault 81, this compact hilltop settlement comes with scrapping, regenerated precombines, custom borders, and navmesh precuts.

I liked the way this area looked and caravan traders already regularly visit this location in vanilla, so I thought it would make sense to turn it into a settlement.


Features
  • Highly Scrappable, nearly everything without the need for outside mods.
  • Regenerated Precombines
  • Custom Borders which perfectly match the build space.
  • Navmesh Precuts so NPCs will recognize that scrapped objects are no longer obstacles.
  • Attack Points beyond the settlement borders from each direction.
  • Full Functionality such as radiant quests, minutemen quests, raider quests, recruitment, provisioners, and so on.
  • Caravan Visits, their default idle location is a spot near the cooking fire.

FOMOD Menu Installation, choose between:
  • Immersive Unlock (Default), requires you to save Austin during Hole in the Wall to gain the vault's trust.
  • Early Unlock, requires that you complete the short quest that gives you entry to the vault.
  • Instant Unlock, just walk right up to it.

There's also an option in the FOMOD to reduce the amount of tall grass in the build area.
