About this mod

An interior parking garage settlement buried beneath the Glowing Sea east of the Crater of Atom. Comes with a repairable generator, detailed scrapping, and a dynamic navmesh.

I found this spot charming, a quiet oasis of safety deep within the storm.
Water, a power supply, sturdy walls, and a fair bit of building space to work with.
I have a hard time thinking of a more hospitable place within the Glowing Sea.

Features:
  • Repairable Generator that provides 12 power.
  • Flooded Lower Floor with enough space for water purifiers.
  • Highly Scrappable without the need for outside mods.
  • Lightweight no BA2s were needed for this location and the file is ESL flagged
  • Dynamic Navmesh that adjusts as you scrap.
  • Full Functionality, with attacks that were customized to be ghouls, animals, and insects. No raiders or gunners this far south.
  • Interior Fast Travel
  • Optional Ghoul or CoA Settler Recruitment chosen during installation via FOMOD menu. Vanilla option recruits normal settlers.
  • Optional Fungus Farming File included as a separate download in the files section. Growing fungus here makes sense in my opinion. Not needed if you use my larger Wild & Fresh Crops mod.

Installation
This mod can be added mid-game. Just don't be inside the garage when you install it.

The settlement can be unlocked immediately by approaching the workbench. Ghoul corpses will despawn a little bit after the settlement is unlocked.


Compatibility
  • SS2 Compatible.
  • Load after PRP and things will work fine, no compatibility patch is needed.
  • South of the Sea Compatible.


Recommenations
  • Interior NavCut Fix to fix a Bethesda bug where interior build spaces share navmesh cuts. Can prevent wonky settler pathfinding in interior build spaces.
  • Ham Radio Recruitment to add a much smaller settler recruitment beacon, well sized for interior locations such as this.
  • Children of Atom Settlers for a fully fleshed out way of recruiting CoA settlers. Fully voiced with custom CoA dialog.
