Put this mod near the bottom of your load order I thought this unmarked ranger station had potential to be a nice settlement spot, so here it is!

This mod can be added mid-game. Save somewhere far enough away that the station's cells aren't loaded before installing.
The settlement is unlocked by first clearing out the wolves and then interacting with the pile of broken Fog Condensers in order to repair them. There's also an optional file to let you scrap the cabins instead of repair them.
