Made cleaning up the lake easier by bundling radioactive barrels into SCOLS
Linked rad hazards to the new Rad Barrel SCOLS so that the rads are reduced when the barrels are removed. With the barrels scraped and aquaboy/girl the player will experience no rads in settlement water.

Put this mod near the bottom of your load order
The build area extends over quite a bit of the lake for those that enjoy building on the water, but beware the pollution in the lake which has made it extra radioactive. Cleaning up the barrels in the water can help reduce this.
This location itself was chosen by rsm000rsm who provided help with setting up this location's scrapping, a longer process than one would assume, and bug testing

Regenerated Precombines
Custom Borders which perfectly match the build space.
Navmesh Precuts so NPCs will recognize that scrapped objects are no longer obstacles.
Attack Points beyond the settlement borders from each direction.
Full Functionality such as radiant quests, minutemen quests, raider quests, recruitment, provisioners, and so on.
Immersive Repair for the roof, doorway of the shed, and prewar water purifier. The doorway will gain snap points when repaired.
A Trash Cleanup Box, scrap the box located on the workbench to optionally and instantly disable most trash and debris.
