Another beach side residence for those hard working Vault Tec scientists
There's a bridge to Spectacle Island I built, if you don't want the challenge to finish it, it'll make a nice fishing pier.
This one takes a bit of work, Scrap everything (~scrapall) gets rid of most of the object, There's a lot left for ~markfordelete, if you don't have the patience and the tenacity to do this A LOT, don't try this one. There's floating one sided textures and objects galore.
