Powers up lights and other passive power required items at an increased range, in it's current version it can light up Sanctuary from corner to corner with a pylon placed in the middle of town, so it should be good for all your passive power needs.

You must either STORE or SCRAP your old objects and place new ones for the values to update, I'm assuming STORING them would force the update, but I'm not quite sure.
