Fixes a bug where you sometimes gain extra perk points while selling perks. NOTE: CDPR fixed this bug in patch 2.1.

I think this is pretty well known as an exploit by now, there have been several reddit posts about it. You can intentionally gain extra perk points by buying and selling certain perks in specific patterns, but you can also very easily just accidentally gain extra perks while respeccing. In testing I tried buying every perk in the Body tree and then selling them in a random order. I did it twice and one time I gained an extra perk point.
This reddit post shows the easiest intentional pattern I know of. Simple way to reproduce:
Personally, I only want to cheat intentionally, and would rather not just be randomly gaining extra perk points while buying and selling perks!

- Have Cool of at least 15
- Sell all perks in Cool
- Exit and return to Cool tree
- Take perks in this order: Killer Instinct, Scorpion Sting (1, 2), Juggler (1, 2, 3)
- Sell Killer Instinct
- Try to sell Juggler level 3. Animation and sound effect play, and the perk point total is increased by one, but the perk level is not removed.
- After that you will be able to actually sell Juggler as normal.
Personally, I only want to cheat intentionally, and would rather not just be randomly gaining extra perk points while buying and selling perks!

- IMPORTANT: This mod has 1 dependency (see requirements section above!)
- To install this mod, extract the zip file into the Cyberpunk 2077 installation folder.
