About this mod
The game hides the stamina bar when you holster your weapon using the holster key (not Alt) on KB/M, but then it stays hidden, even if you draw and fire a weapon, unless you draw it by pressing the holster button again.
This mod just disables the hiding, which is unnecessary because the bar hides when you reach 100% stamina anyway.

This is a very simple mod, not much to add here. Just an annoying bug I encountered. It only happens with keyboard dedicated holster button, not on gamepad or by double-tapping the Alt key to holster. Here's a video:
