Add a Burial Site to Winterhold behind The Frozen Hearth

Description

Now the people of Winterhold have a place to bury their dead loved ones. Also the College now have a place to bury their mages and students.

All files have been cleaned and all is ESP-FE.
All my mods and patches can be merged into one file if needed.

Navmesh addon - Followers won't be able to follow you around the site without this addon.
*Winterhold/City overhaul patches already contain navmesh edits, ONLY use this addon if NOT using winterhold/City overhaul mods.*
