Bijins, Pandorable, Men of Winter...I have used all of the NPC overhaul mods out there for a better looking Skyrim. I like to mix and match though for better diversity and personal preference. Choosing which NPCs to include from individual mods is a challenge however due to a combination of different skin textures and screen-archery style images shown on mod pages. So I set out to create my own comparison screenshots instead and thought others might find it useful as well.
None of the individual images were compressed during merging - hence the large file size - so you can easily zoom in to see more detail. For multiple warpaint/hair styles, I went with my preferred option. All images taken in similar lighting and angles.
