Restructured a few internal things to make the Enclave patches easier for me to setup.
Hellfire Troopers are no longer included in the default Enclave units, instead you have to have one of the hellfire armor patches to access them.
Added laser rifles to the Minutemen Heavy's weapon list.
Added "Dutch" to nickname list 4, it was accidentally left out in v3.1.
Fixed an issue with Vertibird reinforcements getting stuck in the air.
Fixed an issue with the "Full Reset" debugging option causing the mod to break.
Version 3.1
Added a Veterancy Rating unit progression system with Perks and faction ranks. This replaces the broken 3.0 unit leveling system.
Added a Command Point cost system for balancing.
Units are once again interacted with through a pop-up button and the dialogue tree from 3.0 was removed.
Air Strikes were removed, instead the rocket vertibirds are now included in regular Vertibird Patrols, which have been renamed back to Close Air Support (CAS).
Added Debug Options that can be accessed in cheat-mode.
All units now scale in level with the player.
Changed the quest requirement to unlock the BoS from MQ106 to BoS201 at rylasasin's suggestion.
Fixed misspelling on the Railroad Heavy's name.
Some changes made to the unit rosters for some factions.
Added option to Nickname your units.
Fixed issue with Charlie squad tracking not working.
Fixed issue with BoS vertibirds being treated as hostile by BoS forces.
Fixed issue with spawned Vertbirds flying around the Prydwen for eternity.
Fixed issue with units having deformed faces thanks to a tip from Siatru. Thank you Siatru!
Fixed issue with Heavy Coursers spawning without the Institute paintjob.
Numerous other minor fixes.
Version 3.01
Fixed Minutemen Faction not unlocking when it was supposed to.
Fixed Nuka World Raiders not being unlocked when Cheat Mode is enabled.
Fixed Enclave reinforcement quest displaying the wrong objective.
Fixed Enclave Sigma units being equipped with the wrong weapons list.
Version 3.0
The entire mod has been rebuilt from scratch.
Plugin extension changed from .esm to .esp and everything has new ID's so 3rd party patches will all be broken.
New custom radio click sound.
Added player dialogue when giving orders.
Added a new command option, Stances, for all units and squads.
All non-synth robots and support units (Engineers, Scientists, Scribes, etc.) can be commanded to unlock doors and containers, and hack terminals.
Reduced the number of squads to 4 and added a unit cap of 9 per Squad, or 36 in total for a full Platoon.
Added new factions (Children of Atom, Nuka World Raiders, and Gunners mercenaries).
Re-worked the way units are called in, instead of choosing one unit type and getting a four-man team of that type, you now choose the unit type of each individual squad member when calling them in.
All factions offer supply drops with faction-appropriate supplies.
Added Vertibird Transportation for the player + companions + one squad of your choice.
Added Vertibird Air Strikes.
Units now interacted with through dialogue choices.
Units have their own custom leveling system now independent from the player. They will earn their own XP from kills and gain levels over time.
All robots can play the radio.
Removed the cooldown timers for calling in units.
Re-did the radio menus to be more intuitive and show more information.
Tired of being a General with no army, a Sentinel with no back-up, a Director with no authority? Fallout Commander or FCOM makes those empty titles mean something by putting you in control of your faction's forces. Call in troops and organize them into squads, give orders, and lead them into battle. Keep your troops alive and watch them gain veterancy to unlock powerful perk bonuses as they fight alongside you. Then dismiss them, set a home location, or turn them into settlers. The choices are yours, Commander.
