A settlement blueprint made as an homage to BLADE RUNNER movie.Entirely built in game.It is highly recommended to install LONG USE JETPACK with CROSS JETPACK to access the appartment. No stairs or elevators, only "AEROTUBES".
Also recommended BOSTON FPS FIX for performance and avoid CTD.
The settlement is set on MURKWATER CONSTRUCTION SITE.
