Welcome to my second Mod for Sunshine Tidings Co-Op. I really liked my first one and did not want to change it, and I really like this settlement and building on it, so I just made another Mod. It is just a simple little version of the settlement. You have plenty of beds, defenses, food, water, and power. There are bathrooms and showers for your settlers. There is a kitchen area and a Bar that has a Butcher, so that your settlers can have a steak with their beer. There is a Clinic/Pharmacy and several workbenches that are in the main warehouse. There are some patio chairs to sit and rest after a hard day's work in the garden, where there is plenty of food. There are turrets all around the settlement, to keep everyone safe.
There are a few cabins for housing and then there is also a hotel where the extra lodging is and there is a food bar in the hotel, as well.The building near the hotel, has a Trader, Armor sales, and a Weapons/Ammo Dealer. There is a clothing Store that has some beautiful clothing from Ice Storm's (Autumn Outfits)Mod.
I hope you like it, you can change things by scrapping and adding your own personal decorating touch to it.
There is also a player home that I put in there.

It is not a perfect Mod, but I am still kinda new at this.
