How the idea for this mod came to me -  It's just a little long. Read only if you want to.
Spoiler:
Show
Various mods have been released to increase the opportunity to earn Perk points for the purpose of motivating quests.
However, I personally felt that the existing mods gave too many Perk points.
e.g. one Perk point for just defeating one bandit chief.
Especially if you are using vanilla plus style perk tree mods (Vokrii - Minimalistic Perks of Skyrim, Adamant - A Perk Overhaul, etc.), introducing mods that directly gain perk points will obviously result in excessive perk acquisition.

The pattern I have fallen into in the past is as follows :
- Introduce multiple mods to increase the chance of getting park points
- Need huge perk tree mods to match the number of perk points gained (e.g. mods that combine multiple perk trees)
- Players get too strong of a character as a result of being enhanced with multiple perks.
- Introduce a mod to strengthen enemies & increase their appearance to match the player's strength.

I came up with the idea of improving this vicious cycle while maintaining motivation for radiant quests.
However, my initial thought was to produce a completely different mod.
I was considering Patch to subdivide the existing park tree mod.

The idea is to expand a 2-tier park to a 5-tier park, but to limit the rate of increase in each value so as not to overpower it.
e.g. 25/50% >>> 10/20/30/40/50%
The idea was to increase the total number of parks to mitigate against players becoming too strong.
However, this is not a fundamental solution, and I also thought it would be impractical because it would take a lot of time and effort to produce the patch.
The existing mods Smart Training Tweaked SE and ESO Skyshards made me aware of this.
I finally realized that the minimum unit of Quest Reward is 1 perk point, which was the problem in the first place.

The result is the Radiant Quest Point System (RQPS).

The function of the mod is very simple.
As you complete Repeatable Radiant Quests, you accumulate Radiant Quest Points (RQP), and when you reach a certain number, you finally get 1 perk point.

You can keep your motivation for Radiant Quests.

By default, you get 1 park point for every 10 RQPs accumulated. (Can be changed in the range of 1-100 at MCM)
The RQP earned can also be set differently for each quest type. (Default is set between 1-3, but can be changed in MCM as well)
For example, dragon extermination earns 3 RQPs by default, so if you kill 3 dragons, you will earn 9 RQPs.
The remaining 1 RQP may be earned by slaying the dragon to get 3 RQPs, but the extra fraction will be lost when obtaining park points, so you may earn RQP separately through delivery quests to get 10 RQPs.

I have added the function to set the correction value in the version 1.5 update.
This is an option that increases the amount of requirements for the next RQP each time a Perk Point is earned.
For example, if this value is set to 1 and the requirement is 10 RQPs,
The requirement to earn Perk Points increases: 11 the first time, 12 the second time, 13 the third time, and so on.

Find your own best balance depending on the park tree mod and other mods you have installed.

For the technical content of this mod
Spoiler:
Show
RQPS is structured in such a way that conflicts do not occur, so it is not directly overwritten when viewed in SSEEDIT.

The mod uses MAGIC EFFECT RECORDS to check the progress of each quest.
Since each vanilla quest has a different quest stage structure, I present MISSIVES as a simple example.

The quest stages for each MISSIVES are as follows:
  • Stage 40 - Do what is necessary to complete the quest. (Obtain necessary items, defeat the target, etc.)
  • Stage 100 - The quest is completed. (succeed)
  • Stage 105 - The quest is failed. (throw away missives instructions, expiration date has passed, death of the npc to be guarded, etc.)
  • Stage 110 - Shut down the quest.

What is being done in the magic effet record is:When the quest ends (110), I am instructing the player to give RQP to the player if the quest is completed (100), not if the quest failed (105).
The process of how many RQP points will be awarded is also done at this time.Since this process alone would result in an infinite loop, I have turned on the flag "given RQP by this quest".

I then reset that turned on flag when the player reaches quest stage 40, so that the player can get RQP no matter how many times he completes the same quest.

If you did not receive RQP when you completed your quest, it is possible that my conditions were set incorrectly. (The same applies if you failed the quest but received it.)
In that case, it would be great if you could tell me which quest you didn't get. Please go back to your pre-clear save data once, and let me know, so I can use the command showquesttargets in the console to see the id of the currently active quest.
On Installation
You can install it even in the mid-game.
However, if you wish to update the game mid-game, I would suggest completing the repeat quests you received prior to installation.
Spoiler:
Show
RQPS checks the progress of each quest.
RQP is granted upon completion of the quest, but it is flagged as completed so that it will not be granted infinitely many times.
This process is sufficient for a one-time quest.
To accommodate repeated quests, we need to reset the flag that the quest was completed when the same quest is received again.
I am resetting this quest flag in the middle of a quest.
In other words, the only disadvantage of installing during the process is that you may not receive RQP upon completion of your quest.

When updating The Vigilant and Glenmorill patches, some variables may be strange.
If this happens, uninstall the patch once, try cleaning the saved data using Resaver (included with FallrimTools).

Applicable Vanilla Quests
Currently, only the "Repeatable" Radiant Quests are Applicable.

Excluded Quests

The following activities quests are excluded. This is not how I want to save RQP.
Vanilla: Chop Wood, Fight! Fight!, Gather Wheat, Mine Ore, Quest all Beggars Have & Quest all Drunks Have

Notice Board: Discovery
This quest is excluded it because it is just a quest to reach a destination point. (I thought it was excessive, especially when used in conjunction with Experience, where you get experience as well as points.)

Also, Vanilla Favor Quests will not be supported.
Spoiler:
Show
It's my judgment that it's not strictly Repeatable, since you can't get a quest from the same NPC more than once.
The fact that I will support vanilla favor quests means that I will support virtually all vanilla misc quests.
If I were to try to be consistent with other mods, I would need a patch for every mod that has misc quests.
This is not what I want.
However, although it may seem contradictory, Sidequests of Skyrim has a patch available.

If only Repeatable Radiant Quests were targeted, it would be easier to be consistent with other mods since the number of targeted mods would be limited.
That said, I'm still working on it, so I may upload a patch depending on your feedback.

Acknowledgements
In completing the mod, I would like to thank the following mods and their authors.
Through them I learned a lot about the structure of mods and was able to complete my first mod.

I sought a way to not edit Quest records directly, and the final ESP plugin implementation was very similar in format to AndrealphusVIII's Quests Award Perk Points. Thanks so much.

As for counting points, I have learned from dylbill's Smart Training - Tweaked SE and Arthmoor's ESO Skyshards.
I have learned from IronDusk33's MissivesSmart Training - Tweaked SE, and ESO Skyshards on how to implement MCM.

And thanks to all modders and users.

Merge Patches Available

The following information is from a time when most users were using HDDs; SSDs have not experienced problems even when the total number of ESLs exceeded 3,000.
I don't think there is any advantage to bother using the merged version at this time.

Spoiler:
Show
Q: Why do we need merge files now? What's the point?
Spoiler:
Show
A: This may be necessary if you want to install a lot of mods.
Nothing could be infinite.
There is a limit to the number of ESLs that can be installed; theoretically, 4096 can be installed. In practice, however, it has been reported that defects occur in approximately 1,200 ESLs.

https://www.reddit.com/r/skyrimmods/comments/u1h9jv/ive_reached_2800_mods_never_do_that/

Note for those who want to merge on your own.[Spoiler]Use zEdit for merging, but be aware that Form IDs may be lost in the merging process unless the ESL flag is removed and set to ESP using SSEEdit prior to merging.
Also, if the number of new records in the ESP after the merge exceeds 2048, the ESL flag will no longer be attached. It is not possible to combine all the RQPS patches into one ESL, so it is recommended to separate them into two or three patches.

Compatibility
I have not edited any of the vanilla records so 99% of them do not conflict with other mods.
It is of course compatible with mods like Headhunter - Bounties Redone Favor Jobs Overhaul
Notes: Headhunter - Bounties Redone by itself does not require a patch, but when used with OBIS, Missies, and Notice Board, a patch is required.

However, the RQPS is deprecated if the following mods are installed, as they will make the RQPS meaningless.
There is no competition, and points are earned in both, which breaks the balance of the game.
Perk Points and More Gold for Bounty Quests, Missives Perk Points, Bounty Hunter etc.

Favor Quests Separated's option Favor Quests Separated - Bounty Quests is compatible without a patch. (Confirmed in 1.5.1)

Customizable Companions Questline Progression Requirements is compatible without a patch. (Confirmed in 1.5.1)
Enhanced Skyrim Factions - The Companions Guild (LE) is compatible without a patch. (Confirmed in 1.5.1)

Recommended Mods
I would recommend the Vanilla Plus Style mod, which does not have too large park trees, but it should be able to balance any park tree environment depending on the MCM settings.
Vokrii - Minimalistic Perks of Skyrim, Adamant - A Perk Overhaul

If you want a massive park tree mod, I recommend Master of One - A Double-Edged Perk Overhaul by tjhm4.
It introduces a system of trade-offs that makes it less overpowered than other massive perk tree mods.
tjhm4 recommends setting it up so that you get 2 perk points per level.
When used with my RQPS, it would be very balanced if the perk points per level remain vanilla 1 and the rest is gained by RQPS.

The following mods that seem to be relatively easy to balance when used together among the mods that provide park points are :
ESO Skyshards, Smart Training - Tweaked SE
Skyshards Offer Skills - Boss Containers Grant EXP
I would recommend Quests Award Perk Points if you want to get perks for side quests or main quests, other than Radiant Quests. I think it is less likely to be overpowered since it is focused only on specific quests.

Special Perks from Questing, which give you special powers and passive skills, are also recommended.
