This is a port of the Breezehome Basement player home add-on from Oldrim to SSE.  All credits go to bluedanieru for the design and implementation.  Thanks for allowing open permission to port this over.  The original mod can be found here:

The .esp has been saved in form 44 in the CK.  Since this is a port,  this mod is offered as-is.  I have tested it in my game and it works fine.  Users of Live Another Life by Arthmoor can purchase this addon by visiting Proventus in Dragonsreach.  You just need the required gold to buy it.  This port was a request from another user and I was happy to oblige.  Its a quaint little addition to the Breezehome if players want something simple to add on to the house that keeps with the theme of it and not have a mansion as a basement.  I feel its more for role-playing and immersion more than anything.  Its up to the player to decide.


Recommended Mods:

Mannequins Stay Put -    This house add-on has mannequins and in case you have the bug that makes them move out of place or talk or just act really spooky,  then install this mod by Tarshana to prevent this.  Make sure to place this mod above Tarshana's in your load order.

Alternate Start - Live Another Life - Fantastic mod by Arthmoor that allows to you start off as a property owner of the Breezehome and get this mod's upgrade almost right away with the proper amount of gold.

Adds a basement to Breezehome, purchasable along with the other upgrades from the steward in Dragonsreach. Cost is 800 gold.

In the basement you will find: an arcane enchanter, two mannequins, two storage chests, two bookshelves (for up to 90 books), and two weapon
racks.

It doesn't matter if you've already purchased all the other additions to Breezehome before adding this mod. Simply go talk to the steward again and he will have the basement addition for sale.
