With Breezehome fully kitted-out (purchases from Proventus) the entry still has cobwebby crates stacked in it, and the main fire pit is cold and empty.
I confirm. Some of the upgrades can be selected but if you wait for the cloin clanking sound, it does not happen and the upgrade is not bought nor installed.
+1, You can't buy the "Children's Bedroom" / "Alchemy Table" as well as the "Kitchen" furnishings. Some possible fixes are described here: https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Breezehome However, it doesn't work everytime, somehow. To avoid those problems, only activate the Mod AFTER you have bought all the furnishings and adopted the kids you want.
