This is meant to be used with the Minutemen NCR conversion mod but the only things that will likely be affected are the flags. This is also the general template for most of my sanctuary blueprints.
I HIGHLY advise clearing out the settlement before loading the blueprint. I also recommend moving the workbench inside the main building structure with a mod that can move it.
Installation: Download, unzip, copy/cut file and paste in Fallout 4 >> Data >> F4SE >> Plugins >> TransferSettlements >> blueprints >> whichever numbered folder you want.
