Builded like a little fortress with many Yellow houses.
And the usual diner with swimming-pool inside.

Create a folder "43" in your "Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\TransferSettlements\blueprints\" path.
If you already have a folder with "43" number, rename with another and not used number.

So, first thing: scrap manually all you can scrap: trees, bushes, rocks.
Scrap all you can scrap from the main house (walls and floors, dirt and things). But NOT the stair, that remain.
Restored all the mansion with 3 levels: 1st floor gym plus barber and 2 bathroom, 2^ floor bedrooom plus kitchen, 3^ floor 2 bedroom and bathroom.

Scrap the building in the parking-cars area, it will be replace with a house with 4 shops.

Scrap all the trees around.

IMPORTANT: Don't "scrapall" in console mode, or you will loose the fog-canister placed under the fog-condenser.

So you must rebuild all with Transfer Settlements and this blueprint.
After imported, wait 24\48 game-hours. Then return to your settlement, and 
then you can scrap Brahmin Traps, Cat traps, dog Traps if you don't want
them. Or if you already reached the number of beast you want.

Like the last 3, no skimpy or semi-nude picture this time, sorry. I had problems because of 
people who do not like them, and because of mine forgetfulness to insert
in the tags "skimpy" and "naked".

Needed mods:
>AnnoyingObjects - It's for the decals-debris inside the big house. Even if you replace everything, the "dirt" effect still persist. 
>Settlement_Markers - If you want see your settlers, somethimes, swim, sit, relax.
>Build Your Own Pool - Needed for the pool, or if you want use Settlement_Markers clean water. Anyway, when the settlement is imported you must place the water-blocks yourself (Looks like BYOP water blocks are not imported automatically, don't know why).
>Bob's Iguana Diner Need The Master Plan mod
>Clintsters Vendor Cash Registers
>CREAtive Clutter - Optional, if not used you can replace all furniture, lights and more with Vanilla or another mod.
>CWSS Redux v2 - Craftable Working Showers Sinks Baths Toilets Urinals Kitchens etc - Optional, if not used you'll replace with Vanilla's Vault thing in the 4 bathroom if you want.
>Dicky's Pinup Outfit CBBE - Optional. Just a skimpy outfit for female bartender. As usual, it's for fun.

Real Troughs - New Brahmin Feeders (standalone) - Optional, just for one brahmin feeders and one caravan post. The rest have nukaworld only. Vanilla caravan post and vanilla brahmin feeders sometimes don't appear inside the workshop menu (with or without mods don't change, it's a bug).
Settlement Objects Expansion Pack NEEDED for cooking stove, lights, glass floors and some more objects.
Settler Sandbox Expansion Reccomanded
SnapBeds - Usable Bunk Beds - Mix and Match Beds - Optional, if you want use classic\vanilla, just remember there's almost 20 rooms to fill.

They appear, boom from 30 missile turrets and gun\shotgun turret. Butchered, caps\weapons\items gained without any hardwork.
