Lets face it Jamaica Plain wasnt thought through enough. Ive tried to build a pop 20 town that will produce a lot of food so if you have an Outpost they can be fed by Jamaica.
This is a level 1 design - it builds the plots and fi you have the option turned on will build in the buildings at high level. Id like to expand it into a full build but Ive been tinkering with this for a while now so I want to get this out there so folks might enjoy it.
Its walled so enemies should have a hard time getting in and I picked the vault door because it closes when combat starts. This should keep the settlers safe even in this fairly hostile place.
For some weird reason I cant get required mods to trigger so (their all on nexus);
