Welcome Nora's Commonwealth Reconstruction Project!


Nora realizes the world will not be as Jake put it "Like you used to have" but that doesn't mean she cant try to inspire people make it a better place!  Her law degree serves no purpose anymore, and she is no longer a soft, leisurely party girl.  The Commonwealth has changed her, mentally and physically.  One thing that hasn't changed.. her desire to help people make the world  a better place!  No better way than to help people build sturdy shelters they can call home!

You will find the plot(s) listed under [NCRP] in the ASAM menu.


Features of my residential plots:
*Furniture usable by players and NPC's.
*AAF Users:  Fully compatible with AAF.  Just hit the home key :)

If you are a new AAF user I recommend downloading my mod AAF Sim Settlements 2 and Sim Settlements 2 Chapter 2 for AAF as this helps AAF recognize some plot furniture that comes in the Sim Settlements 2 DLC and SOME plots:   https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/57894

1 2x2 Single Settler Home
1 2x2 Two Settler Home 

More coming.  Just don't know how often I will update with new plots.

***There are no other plot types yet, they will be added as I get more proficient making residential plots.
