Add-on pack for Sim Settlements 2
The main idea is that settlers will reuse existing structures to transform them into new houses and give them new purposes .
Five residential plots, one commercial and one martial . Several skins.

SS2 Addon : Rags and Riches, by Foxel
The main idea of this mod is the idea of settlers reusing existing structures and adapting them to fit all their needs. All survivors started somewhere. But scavenging isn't sustainable. With the new ASAM sensor technology, they will learn to transform their scavenged shelter into a place they can proudly call "Home".

Plots :

Residential plots :
- 2X2 : Bus Stop, Pulowksi Tunnel, Crate-house (2 settlers), Truck's Cpasule
- 3X3 : Another Crate Hotel : randomized wallpapers for each room at LVL3 (from 2 to 4 settlers)
Commercial plot :
- 2X2 : Crate-Bar
Martial plot :
- 2x2 : Tank Outpost. It has a special CPD plot that is only unlocked if you installed Sim Settlements 2 : Chapter 2 and has finished the CPD quest-line.

- Q : Why can't I see XXX plot ?
- R : Some plots belong to plot types and classes that are unlocked by progressing through the normal Sim Settlements 2 gameplay. If you want to know how to unlock them : SS2 Wiki help page, Tech tree . You need to unlock the "Commercial" and "Bar" for the Crate-Bar, the "multi-bed" technology and the martial plots from the Sim Settlements 2 Quest line. (Of course, you can use the SS2 cheat holotape provided by Sim Settlements 2 if you don't want to have to wait to unlock them)
- Q : I can't find the Commonwealth Police Departement skin on the Tank Outpost
- R : You need to complete the C.P.D. questline during Chapter 2 of Sim Settlements 2.
