The video below shows off the Knives and stuff!

The weapon can be found inside of the Slocum's Joe Corporate HQ in the Overseer's office (coc SlocumsJoeHQOffice). The last photo shows the Knife on a desk.
Once obtained for the first time, the knife can then be crafted at a Chemistry Bench under THROWING KNIVES. There are a few options there. There's the weapon, the "ammo", the melee knife version and the grenade throwing version.
While this weapon is primarily built around being in 1st person, it does technically work in 3rd person but not very well. The game really didn't want me to do this lol. 3rd person works well enough for VATS but keep in mind this is going to be a 1st person kind of mod, don't even try this for 3rd person lol. Also, like the power fist, it doesn't work in power armor.
They can also be legendary, the Throwing Knives were added to the random Legendary roll. Starts showing up at level 20. I thought having legendary versions could be interesting though some may not work right like Explosive.
For console commands: 'help select 4 weap' or use XX000F99 for the weapon and XX000F9C for the ammo
The crafting options:
-Like a gun, the Select Throwing Knife weapon needs the ammo below.
-The Throwing Knives option crafts 5 knives of ammo each time.
-Select Melee Knife is exactly as it sounds, I already made the model so I figured there may as well be a melee version.
-Throwing Knife (Grenade) is for throwing knives in your grenade slot to be used with other weapons or this mod!
And of course, enemies hit with the knives will have the knife on them for you to pick up again. Doesn't work if you miss an enemy though. This weapon benefits from perks like Big Leagues and also counts as a silent weapon.

Installs like any other mod. No DLC or Mod requirements. Install with NMM/Vortex or enable through the Mods menu in Fallout 4.

Proper Compacted ESL with loose files instead of archives for those with maaaybbbeee too many mods :P

Vanilla compatibility: This mod makes a persistent edit to one interior cell (SlocumsJoeHQOffice) but doesn't break precombined.
For Mod Authors: This mod uses 'THKF' as the shorthand for all form ID's and file paths.

Are these things kind of OP? They seem like it.
I figured getting struck with a massive metal blade and it getting stuck into them would deal some pretty devastating damage to anyone who got in its way. lol
Sometimes in VATS the spinning knife goes invisible when the camera gets too close to it?
Yeah I'm not sure of a way to fix that, the knife kind of just clips into the camera and doesn't come back until it hits its target. Would like a way to address this issue.
In 3rd person, the body jolts weird after throwing a knife, fix it?
At the moment, no. I realllllyyyy don't have the time it would take to trial and error fix this one.
Where's the customization?
I wanted this to be a smaller light weight mod, so no bunches of paint jobs and multiple models and what not.

Was thinking I'd like to fix up those 3rd person animation issues in the future. That's the big one haha.
