Transfer Settlement Blueprint for Abernathy Farm, including a great hall, paddock house, and more!

Abernathy Hall

The new home of the Abernathy clan, The Great Hall of Blake Abernathy is a large wooden hall inspired by stave church architecture and includes
a separate paddock house for several farmhands (also helps prevent Brahmin casualties in the event of attack).  Although still a farm, the productivity of the site has increased with the addition of more settlers, new crops, a forestry workstation, and a Minutemen outpost.

Preparing the Site: Store or scrap all crops, furniture, the house itself, and the fencing for Claribel’s pen.  If desired, keep the power tower, grain silos, and the rest of the fencing.  The blueprint was designed to mesh with the power tower as much as possible, but there is a little overlap on the southwest portion towards the top level.  This can be solved by moving the tower slightly west with Place Everywhere, while keeping the power lines aligned.

Remember: If you use the Transfer Settlements Nuke option, no more Maisie and Claribel.

This blueprint was built using Better Cooking Stations and CWSS Redux, which are no longer on NexusMods or the Bethesda site, though the blueprint still works well without them.  If there is a backup somewhere, I will add it in the offsite requirement section.*

The Hadar Chronicles

The settlements of the Hadar Chronicles are a semi-lore friendly, semi-realistic take on the Wasteland, with an eye towards locally available resources,
materials, furniture, and found objects. The aesthetic is meant to be rough-hewn (but not shoddy) with wood, stone, and recycled metal used for new construction across the settlement, some of it quite massive, ideally creating a believable Wasteland vernacular style.
