Warwick Homestead is the Commonwealth 's newest seaport

So after wandering around i noticed that Warwick Homestead was surrounded on 3 sides by water so i figured wny not make it a true seaport
All you need to do is scrap everything and import the blue print and use console commands to disable anything that is left
