It is highly recommended to install LONG USE JETPACK with CROSS JETPACK to travel this vertical city. No stairs or elevators, only our new "AEROTUBES". Future is near.
Also recommended BOSTON FPS FIX for performance and avoid CTD.
The settlement is set on SPECTACLE ISLAND.

NOTE: THIS IS A SETTLEMENT BLUEPRINT THEREFORE TRANSFER SETTLEMENTS IS NEEDED IN ORDER TO IMPORT SETTLEMENT IN GAME.
FOR COMPLETE INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS SEE TRANSFER SETTLEMENTS FOR DETAILS.
STEP ONE: Install Spectacle Island Flattended (I recommend clearing the island of the enemies first if not done so).
Once installed, REMOVE ALL TREES & debris.
