Changelogs
Version 1.2.0 - Updated
Made the DOF version optional and uploaded a new Main File without it.
Version 1.2.0
Added Depth of Field (configuration by Darenii)
Version 1.1.0
Lowered the Film Grain and removed Ambient Occlusion (because it looks weird in dark exteriors imo)
Recently I've been putting together a Soulslike Skyrim Modlist and although there are some ENBs for overhauling the look of Skyrim to be more Dark Souls/Elden Ring-like (e. g. Ominous ENB), I did not find a ReShade preset that really worked for this kind of overhaul.
As I prefer and advise using Community Shaders + ReShade, I decided to try to make a ReShade Preset myself! So here it is.
Also, I haven't noticed any performance drop using this ReShade, but of course experiences may vary.
NEW OPTIONAL VER.: A version with Depth of Field effect (MartyMcFlyDOF) - configuration borrowed from Darenii's ReShade- please check it out!
Requirements: ReShade I'd advise to just install all the packages so you won't need to check every Preset for its used effects, but the packages needed for this preset are: SweetFX, qUINT, iMMERSE, AstrayFX, Color effects by prod80, Legacy effects
There are many things that could be changed but at the end of the day I'm pretty content with it and trust every user to be able to make their own edits if something is not to their liking. There still may come some updates if I feel like it can be improved :)
--- Thanks for over 1.000 downloads, really glad you're enjoying it! :)
DISCLAMER: Screenshots taken with Obsidian Weathers, Majestic Mountains, Lux and a lot of other stuff installed. Also slightly lower contrast than in Vanilla in most screenshots because I forgot to disable the BethINI setting. The look will vary depending on what weather and lighting mods you are using. This mod has nothing to do with other Elden Rim-titled mods other than the similarity to try to mirror Elden Ring.
