In the base game, chicken coops often make use of the Stockade Lean-to as a makeshift form of protection, or just nothing at all.
Well no more!
I custom build actual shelter for our chicken friends. Now they have actual walls, ramp, a door, and intractable front panels which can be opened to ensure easy access to the eggs located inside.
Snowy regions even have hay on top for added warmth and protection.
For placement, I replaced every instance of the Stockade Lean-to in the base game which was meant to be a chicken coop, with my new improved models.
I also added a couple in places where the existing chickens had no shelter at all.
Patches I've made just shift around things a little to ensure they're properly inside the new structure, or aren't clipping too badly.
